Preventive Health Screening
Know Your Health Before Symptoms Show.
Comprehensive health check-ups in India, Thailand, and China — advanced screening, detailed health reports, and personalized recommendations to catch problems early and plan your health future.
Preventive Health Screening — Your Health Roadmap
A comprehensive health check-up is a set of diagnostic tests and expert medical consultations designed to screen for hidden health risks — things that feel fine but might need attention. Unlike waiting for symptoms (which could mean advanced disease), preventive screening catches problems early when treatment is simpler and more effective. Health check-ups are ideal for:
People over 40–50 wanting a thorough health baseline
Those with family history of serious conditions (cancer, heart disease, diabetes)
Individuals before major life decisions (relocating, changing careers) wanting health clarity
Anyone seeking peace of mind or baseline data for future health tracking
Our partner hospitals offer multiple check-up packages, from basic screening to comprehensive executive exams, tailored to your age, risk factors, and health goals.

WHAT TO EXPECT — THE PROCESS
Send us your age, medical history, and any current health concerns. We’ll recommend the appropriate check-up package and arrange hospital appointment. No medical reports needed upfront (you’re coming for screening, not diagnosis).
Arrival & Registration: You arrive, check into accommodation, and register at the hospital for orientation.
Testing & Consultations: Serial tests per your package: blood work, imaging, specialist consultations. You’ll be given a schedule; most tests are non-invasive and quick.
Results & Recommendations: Physician reviews all results, explains findings, and provides a comprehensive health report with lifestyle/treatment recommendations. You can discuss any concerns with doctors before leaving.
You take the detailed health report home. We help coordinate follow-up: if any issue needs treatment, we can facilitate referral to specialists abroad or guide your local doctor on management.
Frequently asked questions (FAQ)
A regular doctor’s visit addresses symptoms or specific concerns. A health check-up is comprehensive screening to detect hidden risks — things you don’t have symptoms from yet. Check-ups involve multiple blood tests, imaging (ultrasound, X-ray, sometimes CT), and specialist consultations designed to paint a complete health picture. A good check-up can identify early diabetes, cardiovascular risk, thyroid issues, and even early-stage cancers — all before symptoms appear, when treatment is most effective.
Anyone over 40 should have at least a basic check-up every 1–2 years. People with family history of serious disease (cancer, heart disease, stroke) should start earlier (age 30–35) and check more frequently. People with risk factors (smoking, obesity, high stress) should get annual check-ups. Younger people (under 30) without risk factors might do a basic check-up every 3–5 years or when planning major life changes. Your doctor will recommend a schedule based on your age and risk profile.
Absolutely — many families do group check-ups together. You can coordinate group travel, stay in shared accommodation, and each get individual assessment. Group arrangements can sometimes offer cost savings. Let us know if you’d like to organize a family or group health check-up.
Most tests are non-invasive: blood work, ultrasound, CT scan, X-ray, ECG, etc. Some packages include optional endoscopy or colonoscopy (looking inside the stomach or colon with a camera), which are minimally invasive and widely used for screening. These procedures are done under light sedation, are safe, and can catch early polyps or other issues. You’ll discuss which tests are appropriate for you before starting.
A comprehensive check-up in India typically costs $300–$500 (including testing, and consultation). In Bangladesh, if you had the same tests scattered across multiple labs and doctors, you’d spend more time, get less integrated analysis, and likely spend as much or more in the process. The value is: comprehensive, coordinated, detailed specialist review, all in 4–5 days instead of weeks.
Our partner hospitals will explain findings clearly, tell you what the risk means, and provide treatment recommendations. Minor issues might just need lifestyle changes (diet, exercise, stress management). More serious findings (like high blood pressure or early diabetes) can be managed with medication and follow-up. In rare cases of serious findings (early cancer, significant cardiac risk), you’d discuss treatment options — some treatments can start abroad, others can be managed locally with specialist guidance. The point of check-ups is early detection, when treatment is most effective.
Yes. You’ll receive a comprehensive, detailed health report (in English) explaining all test results, what they mean, any risks identified, and recommendations. You can take this to your local doctor in Bangladesh for follow-up or ongoing management. Many local doctors appreciate the comprehensive baseline; it helps them manage your health more effectively going forward.
A good health check-up is an investment in early detection. Preventing or catching a serious disease early saves far more money (and suffering) than treating advanced disease. A check-up that costs $1,500 but identifies early diabetes or heart risk — allowing you to intervene with lifestyle or medication — is far cheaper than hospital admission for a heart attack or diabetic complication. It’s preventive medicine at its smartest.
Invest in Your Health. Know Your Status.
Don’t wait for symptoms to know your health status. A comprehensive health check-up is preventive medicine at its best — catching risks early, giving you peace of mind, and setting a clear health roadmap for the future.
